Real Estate & Aerial Property Marketing
We help agents, land developers and property investors showcase listings with high‑resolution aerial photos, ground photography and cinematic video. Our Mavic 3 Pro and Air 2S deliver smooth footage and crisp stills, while the Avata adds immersive FPV walkthroughs. Raw‑land packages include an edited video with boundary overlays, panoramic 360° images and up to 30 high‑resolution aerial photos—giving buyers clarity on terrain, access and surrounding features.
Construction, AEC & Infrastructure
On job sites we provide progress monitoring, volumetrics, 3‑D modeling and cinematic marketing footage. Weekly flights produce overhead photos and orthomosaic maps; volumetric surveys quantify stockpiles and cut/fill; 3‑D scans create digital twins; and edited videos highlight milestones. We fly the Mavic 3 Enterprise for survey‑grade mapping and the Mavic 3 Pro for cinematic visuals. Our workflow handles planning, safe flights and data processing so your team simply reviews deliverables.
Agriculture & Multispectral
Growers and agronomists rely on our Mavic 3M multispectral platform and Pix4Dfields workflow to detect crop stress early, create variable‑rate prescriptions and reduce inputs. We plan field boundaries and flight parameters, fly calibrated grid missions, and compute NDVI/NDRE maps and plant‑vigor analytics. Deliverables include farmer‑friendly PDFs, GeoTIFFs, shapefiles and spot‑spray prescriptions.
Inspections (Bridges, Roofs, Towers & Solar)
Our inspection services keep crews safe by replacing climbing with drones. We use the Mavic 3 Enterprise for high‑resolution imaging and the M30T when thermal data is required. Drones can check bridges, roofs, cell towers, solar fields and other hard‑to‑reach structures, capturing clear photos, close‑ups and thermal views. Typical deliverables include a photo report, online gallery, top‑down orthomosaic, optional 3‑D model and thermal findings.
Media, Marketing & Entertainment
For brands, venues and tourism boards we produce smooth, cinematic aerial videos that stop viewers in their tracks. Our Mavic 3 Pro and Air 2S capture dynamic flight paths, wide establishing shots and tight reveal shots. We coordinate with ground crews when needed and deliver ready‑to‑post formats for websites, social media and big screens.
Energy & Utilities
Electric and gas utilities trust us to inspect transmission lines, substations and solar farms quickly and safely. Unmanned aircraft reduce the need for bucket trucks and helicopters while providing high‑resolution RGB and thermal imagery. We use the M30T (thermal/zoom) and Mavic 3 Enterprise to capture hotspots, defects and vegetation encroachment. Deliverables include ranked findings reports, KMZ/CSV files and orthomosaic or thermal maps, with optional re‑scans after remediation.
Our Process
- Discovery call. We begin with a preliminary call to understand your goals, site details and timeline. This call establishes safety requirements, airspace considerations and project objectives (e.g., mapping, photography, volumetrics).
- Flight planning. Using the AUVSI Trusted Operator Level 3 framework, we design a flight plan that specifies altitudes, overlaps and patterns. For mapping missions we program autonomous grids with high forward/side overlap. Risk assessments, airspace checks and necessary waivers are completed.
- Mission execution & data capture. Our certified pilots fly the mission using the appropriate drone and sensor. During mapping, automated flights ensure consistent coverage; for media work we manually choreograph cinematic shots; for inspections we capture both RGB and thermal imagery with zoom as needed.
- Processing & analysis. Collected data is processed using industry‑leading software. Construction and real‑estate projects yield edited videos, photos and 3‑D models; agricultural missions produce NDVI/NDRE maps and prescriptions; inspection flights generate reports with geotagged images, maps and annotated defects.
- Deliverables. Final deliverables are uploaded via a secure cloud link or delivered in the file formats you need (PDF, JPEG, GeoTIFF, shapefile, KMZ, CSV, MP4). A client review is included to walk through results and answer questions. Additional revisions or re‑flights can be scheduled if required.
